SUPPLY YOUR OWN?
Yes. We do except supplied garments but they need to have a print area clearance of 30mm from stitching & seams where the print is to go. If the material is different from standard we may need to look at it first to determine if it’s printable or which type of ink is suitable.
TRADITIONAL SCREEN PRINTING
We use traditional methods of screen printing starting from printed artwork plates, exposing the filmwork onto a mesh screen, applying the print directly onto the garment & then cured under heat to insure your print lasts.
We use various inks depending of the customers’ requirements, ranging from; Plastisol (main print product used), fluro, dye, glow in the dark, glitter, puff & more.
DIGITAL PRINT / PRESS-ON
We run a solvent based CMYK printer that can print & cut different shapes onto a range of press-on materials. These are then heat pressed onto the garment.
Vinyl print press-on (heat transfer)
This product is great for one off full CMYK colour prints like photos, designs & logos. We offer this option as a quicker & more cost effective alternative to traditional screen printing. This product is prints very vivid & clear at a high resolution, it comes in either a matte or gloss finish.
Vinyl press-on (heat transfer)
This product is ideal for team names & numbers, it comes in a wide range of colours including fluro & reflective. Since it is a flat colour product it’s perfect for cutting & pressing onto garments, again providing a quicker & more cost effective turn around alternative to traditional screen printing.
